We will be enjoying a hearty meal at Sammy C's on Sunday February 22, 2009 at 7PM.
The menu is as follows:

Traditional Eggplant Parmigiana
Thinly sliced eggplant fried and layered with San Marzano tomato sauce, grated parmesan & melted mozzarella cheese. Served with penne pasta
Scottish Salmon with White Wine & Sage
Cedar plank roasted Scottish Salmon filet, finished with lemon sage white wine sauce.
Served with Basmati rice & sautéed vegetables
Chicken Marsala
Boneless Breast of Chicken sautéed with mushrooms, finished with a Marsala wine sauce. Served with sautéed Vegetables and Roasted Potatoes
